The restaurant reflects the Reali family’s long culinary lineage, shaped by Stefania Cristofari and rooted in Hosteria Amedeo, founded in 1958.
Led by Executive Chef Diego Reali, a third-generation chef, the brand brings Italy’s traditions, recipes, and warm hospitality to a contemporary setting. Every dish follows the flavours and methods passed down through generations, giving guests a true taste of Rome.

Mamma Stefania Brunch
A monthly brunch inspired by the warmth of Chef Diego’s family kitchen. Guests enjoy generous Roman dishes, free-flow Prosecco and wines, and the relaxed spirit of long Italian Sundays. It’s our way of sharing the joy of long, laughter-filled Roman brunches – just like the ones Mamma Stefania once hosted back home in Italy.
